To use the RegyBox Services, you must first accept the Terms. You should not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
You may accept the Terms by: Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, in the option that is made available by RegyBox in the user interface for any Service; or Effectively using the Services. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that RegyBox will take your use of the Services as an acceptance of the Terms from then on.

RegyBox is constantly innovating in order to offer the best experience to its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services provided by RegyBox may change from time to time without notice. Regarding this continuous innovation, you acknowledge and agree that RegyBox may, at its discretion, stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally without prior notice. You can stop using the services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform RegyBox of the moment you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if RegyBox deactivates your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account data, or any files or other content in your account.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the services and contents that RegyBox offers and will not do the following: - Carry out activities that are illegal or constitute an offense, contrary to good faith, morality and public order, or that infringes the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, or any other applicable Legal Order; - Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist intent, xenophobic, pornographic, apology to terrorism, or that violates human rights; - Introduce or spread in the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) capable of causing damage to computer systems of RegyBox, its providers or third party users of the Internet; - Transmit to unauthorized third parties your username and passwords, and if your passwords reach an unauthorized user, you agree to inform RegyBox immediately, who reserves the right to modify you password in order to protect the service; - Make available to all users, send by mail and / or in any way transmit, any content that, according to the applicable provisions or existing contractual relations, the user is not authorized to transmit (such as inside information, information protected by industrial or intellectual property rights or information on which confidentiality must exist); Likewise, users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling or exporting for commercial purposes, any section of the service, use or access to it.

You acknowledge and accept that your name may be displayed in several areas throughout the RegyBox application, in listings, ranking tables, and other places. Your name may be visible to any user in your box, as in some circumstances, users of any box in the RegyBox community. If you register or are registered for activities using the RegyBox aplicattions, your name may appear publicly on screens and other information systems.

You acknowledge and accept that if you add a photo to your profile, your photo may be displayed in several areas throughout the RegyBox application, in listings, ranking tables, and other places. Your photo may be visible to any user in your box, as in some circumstances, users of any box in the RegyBox community. If you register or are registered for activities using the RegyBox aplicattions, your photo may appear publicly on screens and other information systems.

You acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Consequently, you accept that you will be solely responsible to RegyBox for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account, you agree to notify RegyBox immediately.

Certain information included in RegyBox is added by the managers of boxes using the service. RegyBox is not responsible for the veracity of the contents or of the misprints that may result from such information. Within the RegyBox application there may be links to external sites. RegyBox is not responsible for the technical availability of the web pages to which the user access through the APP. The user assumes, under his/her sole responsibility, damages or losses that in any case may derive from access to external websites, as well as any other damage or damage caused to your computer system by any downloaded material or in any way obtained through the use of services or any loss of data derived from downloading such material. Likewise, RegyBox shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from infringements of any user that affect the rights of another user, or third parties of copyright, trademarks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual and industrial property rights. RegyBox shall not be liable for damages and losses caused in case of impossibility to provide the services subject to these general conditions of use, in case of force majeure, unforeseeable events and other causes not attributable to it. RegyBox shall not be liable for (I) loss of information or data that is in the client's account (II) damages caused by the Client or third parties, (III) resulting from compliance with judicial decisions or administrative authorities or (IV) resulting from cases of force majeure, like situations of extraordinary or unforeseeable nature, external to RegyBox and that can not be controlled by it, such as fires, power outages, wars, riots, earthquakes, floods or other natural cataclysms, strikes or any other situations not controllable by the RegyBox. RegyBox does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted and will not be liable for any use or inability to use the Services, including, but not limited to, interruptions to the Service, problems with sending and receiving electronic messages (e-mails) , Internet connectivity problems, unauthorized access to RegyBox servers, problems related to caching on DNS servers, and problems related to information transfer congestion on the Internet. RegyBox will not be responsible for the inadequate use of the service as a result of maintenance work or a defective configuration of the user's computer equipment or insufficient capacity to support the computer systems required for the use of the services offered.

RegyBox services are provided "as they are" as "they are available" and RegyBox does not garantee or express an implied warranty of any kind.
In particular, RegyBox will not guarantee that:
- The use of the Services will meet your requirements;
- The use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors or bugs;
- Any defects in the operation or functionality of any of the Services will be corrected; No conditions, warranties or other terms (including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformity with the description) apply to the Services, except as expressly set forth in the Terms. Nothing in the Terms shall affect the statutory rights to which you will always be entitled as a consumer and that, in contract, you can not agree to assign or renounce them.

All contents and elements to which the user can access through the services offered by RegyBox are subject to rights of industrial and intellectual property, patents, trademarks and copyright of RegyBox or third parties ownership. Access to these contents or elements through the services provided by RegyBox, does not grant the user the right of alteration, modification, operation or reproduction, distribution, public communication or any other right that belongs to que content ou element owner. The customer compromises to use the contents and/or elements accessed through the services offered by RegyBox for its own use and needs, and in no case carry out a direct or indirect commercial exploitation of the these contents/elements.

RegyBox reserves the right to suspend the Service in the event of a breach by the Client of any of the obligations arising under this agreement. Regarding the provision of the Service, RegyBox shall not be liable for any loss of data/information that may result from the suspension of the Service in the event of a breach by the Customer of any of the obligations arising under this agreement.
