The RegyBox team makes a very serious approach to matters regarding privacy and protection of data registered by its users, and assures its privacy and security in the data provided for the various services. We assume the following commitments with the software users: - To process data in a lawful and fair manner, collecting only the information necessary and relevant to the purpose for which it is intended;

You may voluntarily complete your RegyBox profile with personal information. If you do not wish to disclose your personal information, please do not provide it in this application. We may collect your non-personal information when you browse certain areas of the application (eg, your ISP, browser type, equipment type, geographic location, etc.). This information is collected and analyzed collectively in order to improve our software and services.

RegyBox will use your personal information for various purposes, always regarding the use of features in the software. If you choose not to complete your profile with some personal information, you may not have access to some application features. For example, your email can be used to: retrieve your RegyBox access credentials in an autonomous way; receive information related to the payment of monthly fees; recieve confirmation of class scheduling; recieve information about opening vacancies for a class where you are on the waiting list. Your gender will be taken into account when registering results in WODs and their ranking and leaderboards. Your birthdate will be considered when registering for activities. RegyBox will only process your personal information for purposes regarding the software use and features optimization.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information we receive is true, timely and secure. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that the information transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we can not guarantee or respond for your complete security. Security is as important to us as to the users of the application, so we will, where appropriate, adopt new technological developments designed to help ensure the accuracy and security of your personal information.

All RegyBox employees are bound by an obligation of confidentiality regarding the data they have access to, within the scope of their respective computer database operations. They have been duly informed of the importance of complying with this legal obligation of secrecy and being responsible for compliance with this obligation of confidentiality.

This privacy policy is effective as of May 25, 2018. If we decide to change any of the resolutions of our privacy policy, we will inform you through an advertisement displayed through the application itself.
